Olivia's Story
The Olivia Grace Foundation was born from the extraordinary journey of our daughter, Olivia Grace, who arrived three months prematurely, weighing just 1 lb. 8 oz. Though her birth was filled with fear and uncertainty, we knew from the very beginning that God had us covered. Olivia’s early life was marked by countless challenges including months in the NICU, multiple procedures, and blood transfusions.
However, through every setback, we saw strength, resilience, and the promise of a comeback. Bringing her home on hospital machines, monitors, and having numerous weekly appointments was overwhelming but yet an incredible blessing. Olivia is the true definition of grace, perseverance, and unconditional love. She is one in a million, and we wouldn’t trade this journey for anything. This foundation was created to empower and uplift other parents facing similar battles. We want families to know they are not alone, that their child’s differences are not disabilities but unique abilities, and that their stories matter.
Through Olivia’s life, we’ve learned what it means to love deeply, fight fiercely, and never lose hope. The Olivia Grace Foundation stands as a testament to that love and a promise to continue doing God’s work by supporting others through their own journeys.
Meet Olivia
Olivia Grace is the heart of our story and the inspiration behind the Olivia Grace Foundation. At just 12 years old, she has defied every odd placed before her. From the very beginning, Olivia’s journey was filled with challenges, yet her spirit continues to shine brighter than any diagnosis.
Though she is nonverbal, unable to walk, and relies on a feeding tube, Olivia’s presence brings comfort, joy, and a sense of peace to everyone she meets. She is a daily reminder that life’s greatest blessings often come in unexpected forms.
Our family knows firsthand the struggles of raising a child with disabilities, and we also know the beauty, love, and resilience that grow from those struggles. That’s why the Olivia Grace Foundation exists to support children with disabilities and the caregivers who walk this journey beside them.
